1 Zerofood red rice protein toastie 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
1/2 cup(s) roast chicken shredded 2 slice(s) ham (shaved) shredded 1/4 cup(s) mozzarella grated
1/2 tablespoon(s) basil (fresh) roughly chopped
1. Place the Zerofood red rice toastie on a baking tray and spread the tomato paste over it. 2. Top with the roast chicken, ham and mozzarella cheese.
3. Bake for 10-15 mins until the toastie crust is crunchy and the cheese is melted and golden. 4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil to serve.
