Zero Superfood Recipes

Marshmallow Dessert Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Nutella – 220g
  • White Chocolate bits – 1 packet
  • Raspberries – 1 punnet
  • Mini Marshmallows – 1 packet
  • Vanilla bean ice cream
  • Zero black rice pizza base

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Heat base in the microwave for 2 minutes – This will make the Nutella easier to spread
  3. Spread the Nutella generously over the base, going all the way to the ends (the more Nutella the better right?)
  4. Sprinkle 1 – 2 handfuls of white chocolate bits over the base
  5. Sprinkle 1 -2 handfuls of mini marshmallows over the base
  6. Pop in the over for 10 – 15 minutes or until the toppings are becoming brown and crispy on the outside
  7. Sprinkle Raspberries over the top of your cooked delicious dessert pizza
  8. Add a scoop of Vanilla bean ice cream
  9. Cut, serve and enjoy!

 

 

Sprout & Kernel Vegan Pizza

Ingredients:

  •  100g Sprout & Kernel Vegan Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum
  • Tomato Paste
  • Zero black rice Base

Instructions:

  1. Remove your base from the freezer and spread the tomato paste.
  2. Spread the Vegan cheese generously around the base
  3. Spread Capsicum and Tomato evenly around the base
  4. Sprinkle with some Oregano leaves and add chilli for a kick.
  5. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minute or the cheese is done to your preference.
  6. For extra crisp, put your pan on the hot plate for 2-5 minutes

Nutella Dessert Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Nutella
  • Sprinkle of white chocolate buttons
  • 4 Strawberries
  • Zero red rice Base

Instructions:

  1. Remove your Zero base from its packaging and microwave and bake for 5 minutes with no toppings
  2. Take Zero base out of the over and place 3 heaped tablespoons of Nutella in the middle ( do not spread yet)
  3. Bake for 5 more minutes
  4. Spread the Nutella evenly around the base and sprinkle the white chocolate buttons to taste
  5. Bake for 3 more minutes
  6. Cut strawberries and place evenly over the pizza
  7. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and add ice cream
  8. Place on wooden cutting board and cut with pizza cutter.

ENJOY AN INFLAMMATION FREE DESSERT!!

Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Onion or spring onion – 7-10g
  • Bacon – 80g short rindless lean four rashers – 131 calories
  • 1 or 2 small chillis
  • Finely chopped capsicum red and or green – 10g
  • Feta 30g – 77 calories
  • Mozzarella 50g – 149 calories
  • Tomato 40g
  • Two eggs less one yolk – 95 calories
  • Zero black rice Base 503 calories

1000 calories around per pizza or 125 calories per slice (8 pieces)

58 Grams total protein or 7g per slice

 Instructions:

  1. Remove your Zero base from its packaging and microwave for 40-50 seconds depending on your microwave. The edges of your base should turn up slightly forming a lip to keep your eggs in.
  2. Chop onions, capsicum and chilli finely and spread evenly over the Zero base.
  3. Cut three of your four bacon rashers into small pieces and spread evenly over your base.
  4. Spread the eggs evenly over the Zero base.
  5. Crumble your feta over the Zero base and top with Mozzarella.
  6. Slice your Tomato thinly and spread over your pizza.
  7. Chop the last rasher of bacon finely and spread over the top of your Zero breakfast pizza.
  8. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius preferably on a heavy pan for 15 mins or until your toppings are done.
  9. For extra crunch heat your pan on the stove for a minute or two. Check the crunchiness of your Zero base with your spatula.
  10. Place on wooden cutting board and cut with pizza cutter.

Brown Rice Spanakorizo

Ingredients:

  • Onion – One whole
  • Mushroom – 50g
  • Spinach – 100g
  • Tomato Passata – 250g
  • Mint
  • Parsley
  • Feta cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup of Zero organic brown rice

 Instructions:

  1. Parboil brown rice – set aside
  2. Sauté brown onion and add chopped mushrooms until softened
  3. Add the parboiled rice, spinach, mint, parsley and salt and pepper
  4. Stir in tomato passata with water and allow to simmer
  5. Once the rice is completely cooked, remove from stove top and prepare to serve!
  6. Don’t forget to top the Spanakorizo with feta! Yum!

Chillia Chicken Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Tomato paste
  • Onion
  • Red Capsicum
  • Peri Peri Chicken
  • Red Chilli
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Feta cheese
  • Fresh tomato
  • Chilli flakes
  • Zero black rice pizza base

This is a spice pizza and not for the faint hearted!

Instructions:

  1. Remove your base from the freezer and spread the tomato paste.
  2. Spread onion and chicken on the base and then chop the chilli finely and distribute it evenly.
  3. Now add the feta and the marinated capsicum. Drain any excess oil and liquid for the capsicum first.
  4. Top with mozzarella and if you are game add chilli flakes. Thinly slice tomato and place several slices over the top of the mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 230 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minute or the cheese is done to your preference.
  6. For extra crisp, put your pan on the hot plate for 2-5 minutes

Enjoy and maybe have a glass of water handy!

Tuna Corn Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Tuna – One can
  • Mozzarella Cheese – One handful
  • Corn Kernells – 150g
  • Zero red rice pizza base

Instructions:

  1. Remove your base from the freezer and spread the Tuna evenly on your base.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over pizza
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or until ingredients are cooked
  4. Remove from the oven and spread the Corn kernels over the pizza
  5. Crisp the pizza over the stove
  6. Cut the pizza and enjoy an easy guilt free pizza with over 50 grams of Protein

Protein Peanut Butter Pizza

Ingredients:-

  • 3 Tablespoons of Mayvers protein peanut butter
  • Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • Zero red rice Base

Instructions:-

  1. Remove your Zero base from its packaging and bake for 5 minutes with no toppings
  2. Take Zero base out of the oven and place 3 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter in the middle ( do not spread yet)
  3. Bake for 5 more minutes
  4. Spread the peanut butter evenly around the base and drizzle honey in circles around the base
  5. Bake for 3 more minutes
  6. Cut the banana and place evenly over the pizza
  7. Drizzle some extra honey on top of the pizza
  8. Place on wooden cutting board and cut with pizza cutter.
