Mushroom, Kale & Feta Pizza

Mushroom, Kale & Feta Pizza

Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Pescatarian Serves 2

Ingredients

  • –  1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • –  1 brown onion, sliced
  • –  5 field mushrooms, sliced
  • –  2 cups kale, roughly shredded
  • –  Salt and pepper to taste.
  • –  1 Zero Food red rice protein pizza crust
  • –  50g feta, crumbled 

Method

  1. Add the oil to a medium frying pan and sauté the onion for 5-7 minutes until it goesgolden.
  2. Add the mushrooms and kale, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5minutes.
  3. Place the mushroom mix on the pizza crust and crumble over the feta to serve.
