Black Rice Classic Pizza by Rosie Mansfield

As soon on Good Chef Bad Chef Season 12!


  • 1 black rice pizza base 
  • ¼ cup passata
  • 10 kalamata olives
  • 1 zucchini, very thinly sliced
  • 1 block feta, cut into cubes 
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • Black pepper
  • 120g rocket
  • Chilli oil


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.


      2.Spread tomato passata across the black rice pizza base. 


     3.Add zucchini, feta, olives and top with parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Spread the parmesan to the edges to get a cheesy crust. 


     4.Place the pizza on a lined pizza tray. Bake for 15 minutes. 


     5.Top with rocket and chilli oil to serve.
