- 1 black rice pizza base
- ¼ cup passata
- 10 kalamata olives
- 1 zucchini, very thinly sliced
- 1 block feta, cut into cubes
- ¼ cup parmesan
- Black pepper
- 120g rocket
- Chilli oil
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
2.Spread tomato passata across the black rice pizza base.
3.Add zucchini, feta, olives and top with parmesan and freshly ground black pepper. Spread the parmesan to the edges to get a cheesy crust.
4.Place the pizza on a lined pizza tray. Bake for 15 minutes.
5.Top with rocket and chilli oil to serve.
