The Birth of Zero
Zero was born out of love more than 20 years ago. In the days of no commercially available gluten free products. It was discovered that co-founder and son, Alex, had an intolerance to wheat. Upon being told that his favourite food, pizza, was no longer on the menu, the distress quickly spurred co-founder and father, Nick, into action. Creating a Pizza base out of rice with which he was able to pacify his son. That act fortuitously set them on the path they find themselves on today.
Our mission is simple. Bring nutritious food to the public in the most delicious and convenient way possible and give back to the community while doing so!
Father and son founders, Nick and Alex Karamouzis, have developed their love for these ancient grains over the years and created an exciting, first of its kind, Pizza Crust and Toastie range containing just four ingredients!
Working directly with our Rice farms in the pristine highlands of Central Java we ensure that only the best product will ever reach our customers. Australian Certified organic and GMO free is just the start of Zero’s amazing offering. All Zero products are Vegan, Gluten Free, Low FODMAP, contain ZERO added sugar and they taste delicious!
