Snezanas Parmigiana Toastie
- 1 Zerofood red rice protein toastie
- 1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
- 1/2 cup(s) roast chicken shredded
- 2 slice(s) ham (shaved) shredded
- 1/4 cup(s) mozzarella grated
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) basil (fresh) roughly chopped
- Place the Zerofood red rice toastie on a baking tray and spread the tomato paste over it.
- Top with the roast chicken, ham and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 mins until the toastie crust is crunchy and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh basil to serve.
