Mushroom, Kale & Feta Pizza

Serves 2

 

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, sliced
  • 5 field mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups kale, roughly shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 Zero Food red rice protein pizza crust
  • 50g feta, crumbled

 

Method

  1. Add the oil to a medium frying pan and sauté the onion for 5-7 minutes until it goes golden.
  2. Add the mushrooms and kale, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Place the mushroom mix on the pizza crust and crumble over the feta to serve.
