Mushroom, Kale & Feta Pizza
Gluten Free | Vegetarian | Pescatarian
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 5 field mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups kale, roughly shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 1 Zero Food red rice protein pizza crust
- 50g feta, crumbled
- Add the oil to a medium frying pan and sauté the onion for 5-7 minutes until it goes golden.
- Add the mushrooms and kale, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Place the mushroom mix on the pizza crust and crumble over the feta to serve.
