Greek Salad Toastie
Greek Salad Black Rice Toasties

Ingredients:
10 black rice toastie
1 block feta, smashed
⅓ cup black olives, sliced
1 red capsicum, small diced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
½ tsp dried oregano
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Cook the black rice toastie to your liking, following packet instructions.
Top with feta, olives, capsicum, cucumber, red onion, oregano, salt and olive oil.
