dessert, marshmallows, pizza
Ingredients:
- Nutella – 220g
- White Chocolate bits – 1 packet
- Raspberries – 1 punnet
- Mini Marshmallows – 1 packet
- Vanilla bean ice cream
- Zero black rice pizza base
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Heat base in the microwave for 2 minutes – This will make the Nutella easier to spread
- Spread the Nutella generously over the base, going all the way to the ends (the more Nutella the better right?)
- Sprinkle 1 – 2 handfuls of white chocolate bits over the base
- Sprinkle 1 -2 handfuls of mini marshmallows over the base
- Pop in the over for 10 – 15 minutes or until the toppings are becoming brown and crispy on the outside
- Sprinkle Raspberries over the top of your cooked delicious dessert pizza
- Add a scoop of Vanilla bean ice cream
- Cut, serve and enjoy!
